Join The LGBT Foundation’s Men's programme coordinator, Arron, for monthly wellbeing workshops.

Each session will focus on a meditation and breathwork practice, with time to reflect as a group on the practice afterwards.

This workshop is open to all regardless of experience and people are welcome to come alone to as many or as few as they wish.

Meditation has proven benefits on reducing anxiety and helping to manage stress, so if you identify as a man some of or all the time, join in for this free practice.
